These Official Rules govern the Unbound Monthly Giveaway Program (the “Giveaway”) operated by Unbound Enterprises LLC (“Unbound,” “Sponsor”). By creating an Unbound account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Official Rules and that you may be entered into the monthly giveaway in accordance with them. By participating in any giveaway entry activity (referring a user or being referred), you further confirm your acceptance of these Rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway Program
Unbound runs a monthly giveaway open to users of the Unbound app. A new giveaway runs every calendar month, from the 1st through the last day of the month (the "Giveaway Period"). Unbound operates the program at its discretion and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the monthly giveaway at any time with reasonable notice to users.
How to Enter
There are two ways to be entered into a monthly giveaway:
Option A — Refer a new user: An existing Unbound user shares their unique referral code. When a new user creates an Unbound account during the Giveaway Period using that referral code, both the referring user and the new user are each entered into that month's giveaway once. One referral = one entry for each party.
Option B — Be referred: A new user who creates an Unbound account during the Giveaway Period using a valid referral code from an existing user is automatically entered into that month's giveaway as described above.
There is no limit to the number of entries a single user can accumulate in a given month. Each successful referral during the Giveaway Period generates one additional entry for the referring user. For example, if you refer five new users who each create accounts in October, you receive five entries into the October giveaway.
Entries do not carry over between months. Each giveaway is independent.
Eligibility
Entry Validation
Referrals are only valid when the new user creates a genuine Unbound account using a valid referral code during the Giveaway Period. The following do not count as valid entries:
Accounts created with false or temporary email addresses
Self-referrals using multiple accounts
Accounts created by bots or automated means
Referrals where the new account is deleted or deactivated before the drawing
Unbound reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all entries and disqualify any entry it determines to be fraudulent or in violation of these Rules. All entry determinations are final.
The Prize
Winner Selection
One winner is selected by random drawing from all valid entries for that month's Giveaway Period. The drawing takes place within 7 business days after the last day of the month. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Having more entries (from more referrals) increases your chances proportionally.
Drawings are conducted by a Sponsor representative. Results are final.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified through the Unbound app and/or via the email address associated with their account within 7 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond and confirm their prize claim within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within 72 hours results in forfeiture and a new winner will be drawn.
Winners may be announced publicly on Unbound's social media channels (first name and state only, unless the winner consents to fuller identification).
Prize Fulfillment
Winners must provide a valid U.S. shipping address for physical prizes. Winners of prizes with an ARV over $600 may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is shipped. Physical prizes will be shipped within 30 days of winner confirmation. Digital prizes (gift cards, subscriptions) will be delivered within 14 days.
Referral Code Rules
Each user receives one unique referral code. Referral codes:
May be shared publicly on social media, in messages, or by any other means
Are tied to your Unbound account — do not share your login credentials along with your code
Cannot be used by the same person twice (one sign-up per referral code per new user)
Cannot be used to refer yourself using a second account
Unbound reserves the right to deactivate referral codes that are being misused and to disqualify entries associated with fraudulent referral activity.
Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is operated entirely by Unbound Enterprises LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Apple, or any other platform. Any questions about the Giveaway should be directed to Unbound at hello@liveunbound.app, not to any platform.
Limitation of Liability
Unbound is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries; technical failures; errors in entry processing; or any injury or loss arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt of a prize. By participating, you release Unbound and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims related to the Giveaway.
Privacy
Information collected through Giveaway entry is used only for administering the Giveaway and communicating with participants. We handle this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://liveunbound.app/privacy. We do not share entrant data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Modification and Cancellation
Unbound reserves the right to modify these Rules, change the prize, skip a monthly giveaway, or end the monthly giveaway program at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app and/or Unbound's social media channels. The monthly giveaway is a discretionary program, not a guaranteed ongoing commitment.
Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. All disputes are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in Unbound's Terms of Service.
Winner List
To request the name of a monthly winner, email hello@liveunbound.app with the subject line "Giveaway Winner Request" and the month in question within 60 days of that month's drawing.
