These Terms of Service govern your use of the Unbound mobile application and website (the “Services”) provided by Unbound Enterprises LLC. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Monthly Giveaway Official Rules, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Unbound. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent. By using the app, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know at hello@liveunbound.app if you believe your account has been compromised. One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.
Subscriptions and Billing
Free period: During our current launch period, the app is completely free with no feature restrictions. We will give reasonable notice before this changes.
Paid subscriptions: When paid plans are introduced, pricing and features will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Founding member pricing: Users who subscribe at a founding member rate keep that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If the subscription lapses, standard pricing applies at resubscription.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Refunds: App Store purchases follow Apple's refund policy.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.
What You Can and Cannot Do
You may use Unbound for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the app or its content
Use automated tools or bots to access the Services
Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
Use the Services to harm others or violate any law
Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in any promotion
Not Medical Advice
Everything Unbound generates — meal plans, macro targets, daily briefs, restaurant recommendations — is for general informational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice, nutritional counseling, or a substitute for professional healthcare guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a health condition. Unbound is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the app.
Third-Party Services
Unbound integrates with Instacart, Apple Health, and the App Store. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or quality of any third-party service.
Your Content
You own the data you enter into Unbound — your logs, photos, and preferences. By using the app you grant us the right to process and store that data to provide the Services to you. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Monthly Giveaway Program
Unbound operates a monthly referral giveaway program. By creating an Unbound account, you agree to the Monthly Giveaway Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://liveunbound.app/giveaway-terms. Participation in the giveaway is automatic upon a qualifying referral — no separate opt-in is required. The giveaway program is operated at Unbound’s discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Our Intellectual Property
The Unbound app, logo, design, and all content we create are owned by Unbound Enterprises LLC. These Terms do not give you any ownership of our intellectual property.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided as-is. We make no guarantees that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate. We do our best to keep everything running reliably.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbound's total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or $100 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to other users or the platform. On termination, your license to use the Services ends.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Before taking any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@liveunbound.app and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any unresolved disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration — not class action lawsuits.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Current Terms are always at https://liveunbound.app/terms.
